Well, I write the meal plan in exchange for beautiful, organic produce. Truth be told: I don’t go by the meal plans much, but they do get me thinking and we usually end up using half the recipes. I’m pretty boring for breakfast: eggs, pb&j, or cereal most mornings; sandwiches and salads for lunch, or leftovers from the previous night’s dinner; but I do try to use the dinner part of the meal plan. I see it more as a meal options than a plan. The goal is to eat all the produce in my fridge each week before the next week’s basket arrives. ☺
