Simply Life, I made the English muffins! 🙂 I used white wheat flour instead of the combination, but it still tasted good. Also, my yeast was out of date, so I used a little extra “for good measure” and I think I had my heat on my pan up too high for the griddling process. Oops. I will definitely keep trying though and it was a successful first attempt. At least I’m not scared of attempting to make English Muffins any more. 🙂 Thanks! 🙂
