Yesterday, we had a corporate catering event and had Panera cater! They had incredibly good prices and very healthy options. It was a real success, and I will definitely be ordering from them again! We got a classic salad, a Caesar salad, apples (instead of baguettes), 1/2 sandwiches, pickle spears, baked chips and cookies, plus free sweet and unsweet tea and free delivery! We served 12 people for under $100! Trust me, they got a good tip!
Well, we had some extra salad leftover, so I packed a big Caesar salad for lunch today along with 2.5 oz. of turkey lunch meat, 1 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, and 4 oz. of strawberry kefir. I also grabbed a small handful of tortilla chips, for a little crunch.
Breakfast was watermelon lemonade, a banana, and a whole wheat homemade cinnamon roll with raisins and nuts (and not too much sugar). Mmm! Who says healthy has to taste bad?!
For dinner, I need 1 carb, 1 veggie, 1 dairy, and 3-4 oz. of protein. Sounds like turkey spaghetti and a glass of milk to me!
