Dinner: Turkey Kielbasa and Brussel Sprouts! Mmm!

Perfect, fast dinner for friends! This is ready in 30 minutes or less and all you have to do is chop some veggies and sautee them in butter and garlic with a little salt and pepper. I haven’t met a vegetable yet that didn’t like butter and garlic! For the brussel sprout recipe, search brussel sprouts in the side bar on this blog. Don’t be afraid to serve brussel sprouts to company. If done properly, you can enlighten your guests on a delicious new veggie! Dave is now a brussel sprouts fan! Yeah!

I also sliced one package of turkey kielbasa, one leek, a green pepper and half of a red pepper and cooked those up too. I put a little oil on the griddle for the kielbasa (since they’re pretty lean) and some butter, salt and pepper in the onion and pepper pan.

For an appetizer I did some jalapeno poppers. This time I used cheddar cheese, minced garlic, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice. Rachel brought some multi-grain bread and we dipped it in olive oil with some fresh parmesan and rosemary. I also had one wedge of Laughing Cow Baby Swiss for each person. Yum!
