Well, this long holiday had me eating a few more calories than normal. So, it’s time to get serious again!
Here’s today’s meal plan:
Breakfast: 1 blueberry muffin and 12 oz. grapefruit juice.
Snack: 2 cheese breadsticks and 1/4 c. marinara sauce
Lunch: Leftover Crockpot Mexican Chicken (4 oz. chicken breast, 1/2 c. corn, a few Tablespoons of pinto beans, salsa, and sour cream)
Snack 2: 1 oz. Alexia BBQ Waffle Fries (all-natural chips)
Dinner will be 2 cups of salad, 1 carrot, 2 roma tomatoes, 1 Tbsp. oil and vinegar dressing and 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds.

Calories: 1271 (goal 1260-1561)
Carbs: 179 (goal 173-209)
Fat: 42 (goal 42-51)
Protein: 52 (goal 47-57)
