Breakfast: 8 oz. Grapefruit Juice, 1 c. coffee with 1 packet of sugar and 2 tsp. of non-dairy creamer, 1 homemade blueberry muffin.
Lunch: 4 oz. of turkey breast and turkey ham lunchmeat, 2 slices provolone cheese, 4 wheat pitettes (mini pitas).
Dinner: 1 oz. tortilla chips, 3 oz. chicken breast (shredded), 1 Tbsp. each salsa and sour cream, 1/2 c. sweet corn, a few Tablespoons of pinto beans.
Snack: 1 c. blueberries and 10 pecan halves, plus 2 more cups of coffee (need to cut back on that).
Workout: 5 miles between treadmill and elliptical and 15 minutes of weights. Great workout!
