I have a big lab test in Anatomy tonight: Bones & Muscles! So, I want to make sure I’m thinking clearly. I’m working till 2, then taking the afternoon off to finish studying.
Breakfast: 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, 1 c. Strawberry Soup, 1 red pepper and 1/3 cup homemade hummus, 1 c. coffee with 1 tsp. each of raw sugar and non-dairy creamer.
Lunch: Homemade Chicken Pot Pie (can’t wait for this: I used my great-grandmother’s pie shell recipe, chicken breast, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables and mixed mushrooms), and a plum.
Dinner: 1 cup white rice and 1/2 c. field peas, 1 tsp. butter.
After School Snack (aka, So glad THAT test is over!): 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream.
