Veggie Dinner

Class got out early, so I was able to come home to cook up some veggies.

Ingredients:
1 Vidalia onion
2 organic carrots
3 small beets (from the market)
1 handful of organic broccoli
1 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Tbsp. Organic olive oil
1 tsp. each rosemary, thyme and garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
