Today’s been a pretty good day, despite having a hard time getting out of bed early to study A&P.
I started the day with an organic PB&J sandwich, a Chobani Pomegranate Greek Yogurt, and a coffee with Skinny Caramel Macchiato creamer. Mmm!
For my snack, I had two handfuls of sweet cherries (delicious!) and 1 String Cheese.
I played 3 games of ping pong with a coworker for my break! And, yes, I broke a sweat, so I’m counting it towards exercise time. Then I went down to the gym, since I was already “warmed up,” and walked/ran 2.75 miles on the treadmill while studying more A&P (it’s our first lab test tonight over General Body Anatomy, Skin, and Tissues).
Lunch was a Garlic Pesto Wrap with Muenster Cheese and Boar’s Head Chicken Breast and 1 small square of dark chocolate for dessert. And dinner will be intermittant with class tonight. I packed another string cheese, a banana, and a protein bar. I’ll have some carrots when I get home tonight.
