This past week has been a break from my normal workout routine. We went to Ohio to see my brother’s play and hang with my parents for Mother’s Day! Needless to say, with two days in the car and several late nights, we didn’t get a lot of exercise in. And it was cold and windy the whole time we were in Ohio.
I came across this blog post from one of the blogs I follow: http://www.katheats.com/logic/. She talks about four reasons that we give for not exercising. If only one exists, try to exercise anyway. If two or more exist, take a break.
The Reasons:
- Soreness
- Bad Weather
- Exhaustion
- Busyness
