I saw this on another blog and thought it would be a great way for me to stay accountable with working out. So, here it goes…
May 2012
Tons and tons of walking on vacation in NYC, followed by a good bit of yard work upon our return from vacation: mowing, weeding, planting, etc. And, of course, more walking.
April 2012
One of my good friends from our weekly Bible study started working with me, and we get 2 breaks a day, so (most days) we’ve been walking in the morning and doing weights in the afternoon for 15 minutes each break. It’s the perfect respite from a desk job. Plus some weekend gardening.
March 2012
More walking (it’s been an unseasonably warm spring already!), especially on work breaks (intentionally taking my given breaks at work to get outside and walk downtown), StretchX (from P90X), and gardening (it’s that time again!)
February 2012
Lots of walking, a little bit of yoga, and more walking.
